There is a coming world war prophesied by the Holy Scriptures. This coming conflict is what will be known as world war 3. It will be a war between democracy and communism.
Democracy Versus Communist China
The beginning of this conflict was prophesied by the Prophet Daniel in the following passages:
Daniel 8:5 “And as I was considering, suddenly a male goat came from the west, across the surface of the whole earth, without touching the ground; and the goat had a notable horn between his eyes. 6Then he came to the ram that had two horns, which I had seen standing beside the river, and ran at him with furious power. 7And I saw him confronting the ram; he was moved with rage against him, attacked the ram, and broke his two horns. “
The angel Gabriel gave the interpretation of the vision to the Prophet Daniel.
Daniel 8:20 The ram which you saw, having the two horns—they are the kings of Media and Persia. 21 And the male goat is the kingdom of Greece. The large horn that is between its eyes is the first king.
When reading this vision of the Prophet Daniel, keep in mind that the realm of Persia stands for the system of communism and the realm of Greece stands for the system of democracy.

The United States And China
Now, the conflict between the kings of Persia (communist nations) and the realm of Greece (democracy) is also prophesied in the following passages:
Daniel 11: 2 And now I will tell you the truth: Behold, three more kings will arise in Persia, and the fourth shall be far richer than them all; by his strength, through his riches, he shall stir up all against the realm of Greece.
And if we apply this prophecy to our world’s current events, we can easily plug in China as the fourth “rich” king of Persia (communism).
Likewise, the United States of America can be plugged in as the main leader of democracy (goat’s large horn).
Prophecy In Fulfillment
And just in case you haven’t been following the latest news, China has now taken over the democratic nation of Hong Kong.
Moreover, China is also threatening to invade the democratic nation of Taiwan. This has caused democratic nations of the West, especially the United States, to pledge military support to Taiwan in the event that China invades the island nation.
China is also claiming all of the South China Sea as part of its territory thereby creating tension with its neighboring democratic nations.
In addition, the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic that started in China is being viewed with suspicions by western powers.
The aggressive posturing by China is very consistent with my interpretation of the aforementioned prophecies. Wealthy communist China is challenging democracy and is in direct conflict with democratic nations especially the United States.
Second Seal Opened: The Red Horse
The coming “world war 3” between communism and democracy will be the fulfillment of the vision of Apostle John.
In fact, the vision about “world war 3” is the opening of the second seal by the lion of Judah in the Book of Revelation.
Revelation 6:3 “When He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, “Come and see.” 4Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword.“
Isaiah 24 Parallel Prophecy
Furthermore, another parallel prophecy about “world war 3” can be found in chapter 24 of the Book of Isaiah. The prophecy gives us more details on the scope of the destruction of this coming world conflict.
Isaiah 24:1Behold, the Lord makes the earth empty and makes it waste,
Distorts its surface And scatters abroad its inhabitants.
2And it shall be: As with the people, so with the priest;
As with the servant, so with his master; As with the maid, so with her mistress;
As with the buyer, so with the seller; As with the lender, so with the borrower;
As with the creditor, so with the debtor.3The land shall be entirely emptied and utterly plundered, For the Lord has spoken this word.
4The earth mourns and fades away, The world languishes and fades away;
The haughty people of the earth languish. 5The earth is also defiled under its inhabitants, Because they have transgressed the laws, Changed the ordinance, Broken the everlasting covenant. 6Therefore the curse has devoured the earth,
And those who dwell in it are desolate. Therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, And few men are left.
Democracy Won
By the way, I’m only covering the verses of this chapter that are relevant to the coming world conflict. But there is so much more in this chapter that can also be connected to other prophecies in the Bible.
However, there is a passage in this chapter of the Book of the Prophet Isaiah that gives us insight into the outcome of the coming world war.
Isaiah 24:14 They raise their voices, they shout for joy; from the west they proclaim the majesty of the LORD.
The “west” is synonymous with the free and democratic world. These joyful shouts for joy came from the west after the war.
Moreover, we understand from the vision of the Prophet Daniel of “the goat and the ram”, that the goat broke the horns of the ram.
Daniel 8:7And I saw him confronting the ram; he was moved with rage against him, attacked the ram, and broke his two horns.
If the ram’s horns (communist, monarchs, etc.)are broken by the goat (democracy), we can then conclude that the realm of Greece (democracy), or the west will win world war 3.
The Beast
Furthermore, after world war 3 is over, the “beast that comes out of the sea” of the Book of Revelation, will emerge. The “beast” is a new type of world government system. It will look like a democracy (leopard) and will have bronze (democracy) claws.

Conclusion
There will be a coming war between communism and democracy. It will be known as world war 3 where China and the United States will be the main players of this event. It will be the fulfillment of the “second seal” of the Book of Revelation. Democracy and the west will win in world war 3.
Additionally, after world war 3, the beast or the one-world government system will emerge.
I hope that by reading this blog that you may understand that the world we now know is going to change dramatically.
Therefore, we need to seek God now and start focusing on doing his will so that we can take part in the ages to come.
God’s will is the establishment of his kingdom on earth, Mount Zion, the heavenly Jerusalem.
