In the Vision of the Ram and a Goat by the Prophet Daniel, the Ram represents authoritarianism. Its two horns symbolize Absolute Monarchy (such as Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and other absolute monarchies) and Communism (such as China, North Korea, and other communist states), as well as powerful authoritarian nations, including Russia.

The Goat represents democracy, and the great horn represents the United States.

When the powers of democracy, led by the United States, break the horns of the Ram, the great horn of the Goat will itself be broken at the height of its power and divided into four regions. I believe this event will mark the beginning of the New World Order, which we understand to be the Beast system.

As for the four regions, I do not know exactly how they will be divided. However, it is possible that they will encompass additional nations. Countries such as Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, Greenland, the United Kingdom, Israel, and even the Philippines could be be incorporated into these four regions, each becoming part of four of the ten horns of the Beast system.

This will result in a multipolar global order (The Beast). While it may outwardly resemble a democratic system (leopard), it will ultimately govern with authoritarian power (bear) and speak with a religious voice (mouth of a lion)—which I believe will initially be expressed through a one-world religion that could include the Vatican.

The Little Horn will arise from one of these four regional powers—specifically from a bloc with a Christian majority. The Little Horn will represent a Christian theocracy that will eventually replace the one-world religion as the mouth of the Beast, becoming its dominant religious authority.

The so-called Antichrist is the Man of Sin. He will be the final leader of the Little Horn Christian theocracy, which will ultimately take control of the Beast system. The Little Horn is the same power described as the Beast from the Earth in the Book of Revelation. It will be responsible for creating the image of the Beast and enforcing its authority throughout the world.
